• How do I get the End of Summer Scratch Off promotion if I’m already a member of the Frequent Diner Club?

  If you are a current member of the Frequent Diner Club and have downloaded the new LettuceEats app you are ready to play. If you are a current member of the Frequent Diner Club and have not already downloaded the app or accessed your account online:

  • Download the app on the App Store or download the app on the Google Play Store
  • If you have previously created a username and password, select "Log in" and enter your email and password
  • If you have not created a username and password, select "Complete Registration." Then follow the steps to complete registration and create a username and password.
  • Then follow the steps to verify your mobile phone number.
  • Congratulations, you’ve successfully signed in to the LettuceEats app and you are now ready to play Scratch Off!

  The End of Summer Scratch Off promotion will automatically appear in the app on August 1 - September 30, 2026.

• How do I get the End of Summer Scratch Off promotion if I’m NOT a member of the Frequent Diner Club?

  • If you are not already a member of the Frequent Diner Club you can download the app on the App Store or download the app of the Google Play Store and join the club for free!
  • Tap SIGN UP
  • Enter your email address and create a password and complete your enrollment information.
  • Then follow the steps to verify your mobile phone number.
  • Congratulations, you’ve successfully downloaded the LettuceEats app and enrolled in the Frequent Diner Club and ready to play End of Summer Scratch Off!

  The End of Summer Scratch Off promotion will automatically appear in the app on August 1 - September 30, 2026.

• What restaurants are participating in the End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion?

  The End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion will be valid at all locations in the LettuceEats app except:

  • The Dalcy
  • RPM Events
  • The Ivy Room
  • Salon 61
  • 167 Events

• When is the End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion?

  The promotion begins on August 1 and runs through September 30, 2026.

• Are there restrictions and what are the details?

  End of Summer Scratch Off ENDS 09/30/2026
   Valid 8/01-9/30/2026. Valid only for dining in restaurants or ordering pick up or delivery directly from the LettuceEats ® app. Guest must “check in” when dining in person or click the Online Order button to order delivery or pick up on the LettuceEats app at a participating restaurant and follow the on-screen instructions to reveal offer. Not valid on orders placed online through Lettuce.com or through a third party platform. Not valid for pick up or delivery orders from Wow Bao restaurants. Not valid for private parties, catering orders, or gift card purchases. The guest who has the most qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transactions between August 1 - September 30, 2026, meaning that they activate a Summer Scratch Off play in the LettuceEats ® app and have a corresponding paid transaction, will receive a Grand Prize, consisting of a personal Lettuce Entertain you concierge contact to help plan their dining experiences for one calendar year starting January 1, 2027.  Restrictions apply. • Are delivery and carryout orders eligible for End of Summer Scratch Off?

  Online carryout and delivery orders placed through the LettuceEats app are eligible for End of Summer Scratch Off. Online carryout and delivery orders for Wow Bao or orders placed through a third party platform are not eligible for End of Summer Scratch Off.

• Can I participate if I do not have a smartphone with the LettuceEats app?

  The End of Summer Scratch Off promotion is only available via the LettuceEats app. We realize that people without a smartphone may not be able to play, but we do have many promotions throughout the year that do not require the use of the LettuceEats app. You may participate in all other promotions including Bonus Point Days and Member-only offers. We hope that you understand, and appreciate your business.

• How many times can I use the End of Summer Scratch Off promotion?

  You can play End of Summer Scratch Off at each participating restaurant one time. The more restaurants you visit, the more chances you have to win! Daily participation is limited to four Scratch Off visits per day.

• How do I qualify to win the Grand Prize?

  By definition, the Grand Prize winner will be the guest who has the most Scratch Off plays with qualifying restaurant transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026. If there is a tie between multiple participants, the guest who has both the most visits and the highest spend during the promotional period will receive the Grand Prize. The winner will be determined approximately eight weeks after the close of the promotion, and no later than December 1, 2026. Prizes are subject to availability, and will be coordinated in conjunction with the Lettuce Entertain You marketing department for scheduling. • What is the End of Summer Scratch Off Grand Prize?

  The guest who has the most qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026, meaning that they activate a Summer Scratch Off play in the LettuceEats® app and have a corresponding paid transaction, will receive a Grand Prize, consisting of a personal Lettuce Entertain you concierge contact to help plan their dining experiences for one calendar year starting January 1, 2027. This will consist of email access to a Lettuce Entertain You employee who will assist with dining requests and reservations. Requests must be made at least two business days before the requested dining date. All reservations and experiences are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability. This prize does not have a cash value.
