2026 “End of Summer Scratch Off” Promotion Official Rules
UPDATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2026: These Official Rules have been updated to permit the Sponsor to offer certain participants supplemental “Bonus Plays” as described below and to further clarify the process of determining the Grand Prize winner. The applicable change/amendment applies prospectively beginning September 14, 2026, and does not eliminate or otherwise affect any qualifying Grand Prize transaction completed before that date.
- HOW TO PLAY: From start of business 8/1/2026 through close of business 9/30/2026, “check in” when dining in-person or order delivery or carryout on the LettuceEats ® app at a participating restaurant and follow the on-screen instructions to reveal your offer. Online orders at Wow Bao restaurants are not eligible for the End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion.
Bonus Point Offers, once revealed, will expire at 3:35 AM EST the following day if not redeemed on a check or through an online order. Bonus Points must be presented at the time of purchase, and are valid only at the listed location. For online orders placed for a future delivery or pick-up day or time, Bonus Points will be added at the time of delivery or pick-up, not when the order is placed. Bonus Points are not transferable and are not valid for pre-paid reservations, events or private parties. Bonus Points may not be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or retail items, tax, or gratuity.
BONUS PLAYS: Beginning September 14, 2026, Sponsor may, in its discretion, provide one or more supplemental “Bonus Plays” to selected eligible Gold Level Frequent Diner Club members, including members selected based upon membership status, prior participation, restaurant activity or other promotional criteria. Bonus plays may permit a recipient to activate an additional Scratch Off play at a participating restaurant where the recipient previously activated a play. The availability and number of Bonus Plays may vary, and not all participants will receive Bonus Plays. Each Bonus Play will be identified as a “Bonus Play” in the applicable email, in-app communication, or other promotional communication. A Bonus Play provides an additional opportunity to receive the Bonus Points offer associated with that play, subject to these Official Rules and any other terms disclosed with the Bonus Play. A Bonus Play is a separate supplemental promotional benefit and is not a qualifying Scratch Off Play or qualifying transaction for purposes of determining the Grand Prize winner. Neither activation or redemption of a Bonus Play nor any paid transaction associated with a Bonus Play will be counted toward a participant’s total qualifying transactions for the Grand Prize calculation.

- ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc (“Sponsor”), Wow Bao LLC, their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Entrants must have pre-existing access to a mobile device that permits the download of the LettuceEats app. Message and data rates may apply. Must be a member of the Frequent Diner Club (which can be joined for free via the LettuceEats app or at https://www.lettuce.com/frequent-diner/ ).
- PRIZES AND ODDS: All participants will receive a Bonus Points offer. Bonus Points have no cash value.
The eligible guest who has the greatest number of qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transactions completed between August 1 and September 30, 2026 will receive the Grand Prize, consisting of a personal Lettuce Entertain You concierge contact to help plan the winner’s dining experiences for the one calendar year beginning January 1, 2027. This will consist of email access to a Lettuce Entertain You employee who will assist with dining requests and reservations. Requests must be made at least two business days before the requested dining date. All reservations and dining experiences are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability. This prize does not have a cash value. For purposes of the Grand Prize, a “qualifying End of Summer Scratch Off transaction” means that the participant activates a standard End of Summer Scratch Off play in the LettuceEats app and completes the corresponding paid transaction at a participating restaurant during the promotion period. Each corresponding paid transaction may be counted only once. Bonus Plays, including the activation and redemption of a Bonus Play and any paid transaction associated with a Bonus Play, are expressly excluded from the Grand Prize calculation and will not increase a participant’s number of qualifying transactions.
By definition, the Grand Prize winner will be the guest who has the most standard Scratch Off plays with corresponding qualifying restaurant transactions between August 1 – September 30, 2026. If there is a tie between multiple participants, the guest who has both the most visits and the highest spend (resulting from standard Scratch Off plays) during the promotional period will receive the Grand Prize. If there is a tie between multiple participants, the first guest to have the highest spend (resulting from standard Scratch Off plays) during the promotional period will receive the Grand Prize.
The winner will be determined approximately eight weeks after the close of the promotion, and no later than December 1, 2026. Prizes are subject to availability, and will be coordinated in conjunction with the Lettuce Entertain You marketing department for scheduling. Prize is subject to applicable local laws and regulations. The prize cannot be substituted and there is no cash alternative.
- GENERAL: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Any and all taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the Sponsor’s decisions. By accepting prizes, winners agree to release Sponsor (including all other participating restaurants named herein) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; or, (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the app or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion or download the LettuceEats app. Entrants acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to any prize. This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other methods acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
